Great car wash! Worth every penny! Manager was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products! Definitely recommend!!!
I just went there today, I'm assuming that all of the good reviews on Google were done by family and friends of the owners. First of all it is expensive compared to other hand wash centers. I paid $40 for an exterior wash, general interior cleaning and tire dressing(platinum.) When my car was done about 35 minutes later, I did my usual inspection. The mats were just thrown in there and the rear mats were all crumbled up, my car has the hooks where the mats get locked in and I guess they thought that it was too much effort to put em back. The cleaning was supposed to include shampooing the mats, which was not done. The center console and door panels looked like they were never touched, the windows looked like they used a dirty rag, there was still dust all over the dash, and it was also supposed to include tire dressing which also was not done(maybe it was???). The rims were not thoroughly cleaned either. My car is a 1 year old INFINITY q50 so it's not like I asked them to clean a shitbox. I grabbed the owner and explained everything to him, he took the car through everything again to thoroughly clean everything. I would of rather just got my money back. So after almost an hour i still left with a dusty car for $40. If they offered me my money back or gave me a free wash then we would be ok but NEEDLESS to say I will never go back

This is the only place I've been bringing my cars to get washed for a while. I brought both my wife's car and my truck here today and both left looking perfect as usual. The couple that have owned it for the past couple of years are great people and will always make things right if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, which is all anyone can ask. I also find that the crew has stayed very consistent and most genuinely take pride in doing the right job, which says a lot.
Worst experience ever. I went in just before they were closing on a Monday and was told by the attendant they could do just the basic car wash - what they proudly call 'SILVER' package, I told him that was fine with me. But the owner charged me for 'GOLD' package despite the ticker clearly reading 'SILVER'! His excuse was this way he could give me the 25% discount they give MEN customers on Mondays :) I told him since GOLD was not available, he should extend the discount as a special case on the SILVER that was provided. He not only refused, he was obnoxious and most customer unfriendly! Even the quality of workmanship was average.
Customers are strongly advised to stay away from this con artist! There are better options for car wash in the area.
